I recently finished an AR build and and here is what i have and the problem.
Anderson lower, Anderson 1:8 Twist 24" heavy barrel in 223 Wylde with a Bear Creek Arsenal Complete side charging upper. I zeroed in at 50 yds with 69 grain Hornady Match 5 shot 1/2 inch group recorded , moved out to 100 yds it was 10" s low and erratic left to right by 3"s went to 75 grain hornady match with same result..Barrel is tight and scope was dead on with no issues on another rifle. Any idea what may be going on?  Also no key holing of impact shots!

We're you using a support like a lead sled or sandbags?

I was using sanbags. I've never had one do this before rifle is operating flawlessly other than that.

What flash hider are you using? Did you check for impacts?

No flash hider barrel is not threaded it  has an 11 degree target crown.

So if can interpret this, you are shooting 10" low at 100 with a 3" group. I recommend you dial your scope in at 100 yds and tighten up your technique to reduce the group size.

10" low is ridiculous, the bullet should still be going up in its arc.

Grab the muzzle end of barrel and optic (or carry handle). Twist. If anything moves...

If you have an optic, check that it is tight in the mount and that the mount is tight to the receiver.

If carry handle, check that for tightness or obvious rear sight breakage.

If those are tight, verify barrel nut torque.

Did you shoot again at 50 yards AFTER 100? If you went back to 50 and had no issues, then I'd say it's the nut behind the trigger.

It sounds like your scope failed.  It doesn't matter what it did previously on another rifle.

Scope or mount unless something shot loose. Try the 50 again

I am using 9 power on scope it started off 10" low and in line but then became erratic left to right and up and down no set point of impact. It stayed on paper 12" diameter target. Moved back to 50 yards yesterday afternoon with 75 grain and bought a box of 64 grain soft point Winchester 4" group in a upside down L pattern both rounds.

I didn't make any adjustments to scope from the hundred yard mark. X being the point of impact rounds are landing as below with the 64 grain Winchester and The 75 grain Hornady match.

You can start by sticking with one type of ammo and it can be the cheapest shit made.

The scope has failed or your mount has come loose.

Yup, optic/mount is toast. Likely cheap optic.

What optic is it? Not trying to hate (I'm ballin' on a budget myself), just wondering.

Nikon P-22 two piece mounts and Nikon P-22 scope got a friend involved yesyerday and continued with 64gr Winchester soft point at 50 yds. He recommended  I run 20 rounds through it then run a patch through the barrel and start over. So thats what we did and now its drilling holes. Still have to move back to 100 yds and check it but i feel like it will be on now.  I guess there is something to the whole season a barrel thing.

P22 is a 22lr rimfire scope, not likely to hold up to a centerfire rifle. Also you said you had the P 22 rings / mount, which will definitely not be enough.

Best thing is pull that scope and rings and use a different scope made for a centerfire rifle.
