Troy's MRF Design does not violate any patent of dick swan or anyone elses. Swan is in bed with Samson. Birds of a feather flock together. Isn't it interesting that Scooter2 tried to hide his identity in his initial post just like dick swan does in all his posts. 3rdtk stands for 3rd Totenkoph Deaths Head division SS which dick ironically is one of the largest collectors of 3rd SS division memorabilia. To get back on topic, swans patent deals with a hand guard system that cantilevers the flat top receiver. That's it in a nut shell. Troy's design does not cantilever the receiver, end of story no patent violation. Besides, I see no where in any of these threads about the Samson counterfeit rails of ARMS/dick swan approaching Troy in regards to this fraudulent claim of a patent violation. swan has not approached and cant as it would backfire in his face. You are an obvious higher up @ Troy. You registered the same time this stuff started and the only threads you show up in are regarding Troy/Samson issues. You have never attempted to be objective, and have been a hardline Troy supporter this whole time. Your comments in your most recent post here are a dead giveaway. I have some pretty good techniques for investigating anonymously and have a lot of "inside" information, verified from multiple sources on both sides and elsewhere. I'd be shocked if any of them even knew who I was or that they were complicit in verifying anything. Years of experience in defending against social engineering, among other security threats teaches you a few things. I happen to know that you are just sore because Troy is not going to win a damn thing in court. Your delay tactics in court are at and end and a verdict is near and we both know Troy doesn't own the design. You even claimed patent pending when none was, however Samson had theirs sent in, HMMMMMMMM. You want to talk about REALLY LAME business practices?
