Where can I get the tool to adjust my Troy flip up battlesight?

I believe the front requires an AK front sight tool.  The rear just use anything small to push in on the detent adn turn the wheel.

We offer a front sight adjustment tool for the front sight, and we now ship every one of our Troy Front Folding Battle Sights with one.  The rear sight can be adjusted by using a bullet tip.
