Hello, I am looking to make a spare kit of springs, dentents, etc that are made in the USA. My old source now uses a mix of domestic and imported parts. Anyone know of source of verified made in US parts? Thank you. |

Avoid CDNN. The buffer retainer was too long. The end plate won't fit flush. Hammers are a weird skeletonized shape, that is smooth as emery paper. And I thought that I was buying American. Attached File |

So... I find comfort in the fact that if Trump has to work so hard to go to Heaven, then there is a shit load of Democrats that have no f-cking chance to go anywhere but HELL. Sometimes it is entirely appropriate to kill a fly with a sledge-hammer.
| Looks like the same hammer Smith and Wesson is using with a poor finish or heat treat. Bad parts are made here too. I just scrapped 5 US made buffer tubes because of oversized angled holes in the inside bottom. Not even supposed to be there in the carbine tubes but they were even oversized for what is allowed in a rifle tube. |

It's a race to the bottom, I don't even know WHO to recommend these days. Since Covid, we've gone from mil-spec (parked/cast/machined) lower parts to MIM-made and either oxide (blued)/nitrite-finished or whatever passes for a "finish" when it emerges from the MIM-process. |
