What is the turnaround times from members here from Victor at US Anodizing?
I received an e-mail from Victor on January 21, 2010 that he had received my lower receiver, buffer tube, trigger, pins, etc… I received another e-mail February 23rd that it is still going to be another couple weeks. He did comment about the record snowfall in Virginia. So I can understand that. Has any other members sent parts off to Victor in the past couple months….. |

I sent off a bunch of 1911A1 parts to be re-parkerized on 2/3. No word yet.
Cool though, The snow's been too deep here to do any shooting, (can't find the brass) and I have yet to put a round in the gun the parts are going into. It'd be nice to make sure a brand new gun functions prior to complete disassembly and parts replacement. |
