Can an A2 carbine built from a Model One Sales 16" kit be upgraded to a flat top?  I know the upper receiver can be swapped out failrly easily but will the height of the FSB be an issue?  

Is there anything important about doing this type of upgrade that you all can share with me to help me along?

Be better off to sell that complete upper and buy the upper you need.
