Whats the difference between a stripped upper that has feed ramps and one without? If i get one or the other does that mean i have to get certain barrels for each one?

Should be obvious, but if you get an upper with M4 ramps then you need a barrel with M4 ramps. M4 ramps on the barrel are fine without having them on the upper, however. Someone que the feedramp pic.
