I just purchased a complete Tactical Innovations assembled lower from a friend. I am looking for a complete upper. Since this is a new lower, can I order an upper which has a bayonet lug or do I have to get one that is ban compliant?

Does LA have a ban in place? There is not a federal ban on bayonet lugs. I ordered an upper earlier this year and it came with the lug.
