First let me say I'm new to this. I own a factory RRA Entry Tac. I'm building my first. I have the lower complete (RRA, RRA PK NM Trigger) and I 'think' I want to add a VLTOR Emod stock. I plan to scope this rifle on an accurate 16 or 18 inch barrel. I don't think the Emod can be bought in a kit. What all do I need to purchase with the stock and what kind of buffer do I need for this setup? I'll probably try to find a 1 in 8 barrel and shoot on the heavier side of 55gr if that matters. While I'm at it, where's the best deal on these stocks? Checked EE and didn't see anything that stood out. Thanks! |

I got an EMOD stock and yes they sell them as a kit form. The list price on the EMOD kit is $196.95 but most of the dealers here sells them for around $187 or so. I got mine from Rainier Arms but others like Bravo Company, Operation Parts, ADCO and others also sells them. I don't know who got the best deal right now but if you want to get it at a lower price you might have to wait for someone to have a sale on them. |
