| If I wanted to take my V cog off my AR (calibrated for 55gr 5.56) and put it on my SCAR while shooting 147gr how much of a difference would we be talking in terms of what the BDC says and what the round is actually doing? Thanks! |

The drops for the VCOG 55 gr 5.56mm reticle are:
100 - 0 MOA 200 - N/A 300 - 4.1 MOA 400 - 7.9 MOA 500 - 13.1 MOA 600 - 19.9 MOA 700 - 28.8 MOA 800 - 39.9 MOA Plug your BC/velocity into a ballistic calculator with a 2.75" height over bore to compare or post that info here and I'll run it for you. |
