Just ordered a stripped Stag lower.  I'm planning to build a varmint/target rifle to use out to 300 yards or so.  (already have a 16" collapsible stock RRA with Eotech).  What barrel would you recommend?  I'm looking for something 20-24", probably stainless, but that isn't a requirement.  Should I go full bull?  RRA, Oly SUM, White Oak Armament, and AR15 Barrels .com are the companies  I've been looking at.  Thoughts?  What about triggers?  RRA two stage, or something else?  I'm hoping to build, and find loads that will hold .5-.75 MOA at reasonable varmint ranges.  Open to any and all suggestions.  Thanks.

For a trigger get the RRA Two Stage from Chris at Eagle Firearms, he's got a real good price on it.

The RRA trigger is good, but it is much better after John Holliger tunes it.  You can send yours to him and have it tuned or buy it from him at White Oak Precision.  White Oak Armament  sells ready-to install barrels, but if a standard configuration isn't what you're looking for, WOP can make exactly what you want for a few dollars more.

Thanks for the input.  I'll look into the WOA tuned triggers.  I've decided to go with a "walking" varmint build.  Posted about barrels in the uppers & barrels forum.  Got some excellent feedback there too.  Thanks again.
