I am looking to add a VFG to my ar. I do not, however, have a handguard with a picanny rail, instead, I have the regular, stock handguard. Do they make mounts that can add a picanny rail to my application so I can add a VFG? If so, where from? Also, what companies make good, light and rugged, VFG's? Thanks |

Of course they do. I would recommend the MI version As far as vertical grips, you can pay anywhere from $50 down to $10. And most of them are all plastic. I prefer cheap plastic over expensive plastic. The Promag version works for me Keep in mind this particular setup you're talking about will most likely wiggle. If you're serious about adding a vertical grip, an aluminum replacement rail will serve you much, much better. |
