| New guy here wondering if anyone here on the forum has dealt with or had any successful transactions with this business "Viper Defense" at http://80lowers.com/ ? I and a friend ordered a number of their 80% A10 lwrs. early in April via a promo deal allowing payment in advance and delivery to be within 60 days. ( go to this link and read ( http://80lowers.com/feb-half-price-promo/ ) If del. was not made or customer decided to cancel "you could file a Charge Dispute with your credit card issuer for non-delivery and get a full refund." We have not gotten our lwrs. yet but have covered ourselves by contacting the card co. it time. They are looking into the issue and validity of this place. We have not yet pulled the plug on the deal as we would like to get the product. Viper has a ph. recording directing communication via email for best comms. We have had our emails answered, slowly, with explanations of backlog delays yada yada .............We're hoping they are legit and just overwhelmed but loosing faith fast. Any input will help, thanks. |
