Anyone have any experience or offer any advice on what to to think on this issue, if it's an issue at all. I just received my Vortez Razor and it's my first optic so I really don't know what to expect. When I turn the dial for the red dot from numbers going up in intensity, I am able to lock the dial by just pushing the dial straight in. However when going down in intensity (say 5 to 4) I am not able to always push the dial back in all the way. I will have to rock the dial back and forth to get to fully lock. Normal? Am I being paranoid?
Also when looking at the red dot with my right eye, it appears that the dot is ever so slightly off to the left of center on the cross hairs. When I look thru the glass with my left eye, it appears right in the center. What would cause this? |
| Thank you for the replies. Just was curious. Where the dial stops, it would not push in all the way until you applied a little pressure clockwise and in at the same time. When if finally seats the mark on the scoop body and dial do not really line up. No real biggie, just thought I would inquire with those that own the same, to set me at ease. It was hard to spend that much on a scope for me. |
