| I got one of them from PSA last week and when you look through it you can see a bracket or an internal part or something covering about the left half of the sight picture. You can see through it and it doesn't hamper the use of the sight but it's annoying and I think there's something wrong with it. I called PSA and they are sending another one with a return shipping label, so hurray for PSA. Has anyone else had a problem like this? Is it just normal for this sight? |

I had one like that, too, years ago, when they first came out.
I just put it aside, kept shooting, and sorta forgot about it. 
About a year later, I found it, tossed an E-mail at Vortex (it was during SHOT 2009) and they said they'd take care of it. I promptly forgot about it again.
Last year, I found it again, called Vortex again, they said they'd take care of it, and this time I actually sent it in. They promptly sent me another, which has been fine. The point is, even if you screw it all up, Vortex will take care of ya.
