| Building an AR using PSA. Looking to replace A2 birdcage for something better. I have read up on both the Vortex and AAC Black Out. Wonderin' if anyone has any experience with these? Any advice ya'll? |
| AAC blackout has a bit better flash suppression at night, but both are good to go. As mentioned by someone, if you ever plan to go suppress.. look into AAC. Note that this year AAC is offering a new tooth locking system for their suppressors so you probably want to look at what suppressor you plan to get and decide on the flash hider. |

AAC as a company might not be someone you want to support. I'd send my money elsewhere. Why? Because they let Kevin go? I'm so far happy with AAC products. They do seem customer oriented based on people I know who had issues. Ie baffle strike on a friends M4-2k due to user error of another friend. Fixed for free.. Also I've personally talked to Mike and John at SHOT 2 years ago and they were pretty good guys. |
