Does anybody here know who makes White Oak Armament's barrels? I am looking to build an AR walking varmint rifle but dont really want to spend the money that Krieger, Shilen, Lilja, etc demand.

They do...as far as I know.

WOA uses Wilson blanks mostly (or used to) and do all the machining and chambering in house. You could always call them and ask who currently supplies the blanks for their standard barrels. I am not sure who supplies the blanks for their match barrels though. Hope this helps.

Yep WOA uses air gauged Wilson blanks and CLE turns, headspaces and chambers them.

From the way I understand it, the White Oak Precison  division turns, headspaces and chambers their own barrels out Kreiger, PacNor and Shilen blanks.   These are the high end barrels John Holliger makes for match guns.

White Oak Armament is a subsidary of White Oak Precision, WOP for the masses as it were. Turned by Compass Lake Engineering to WOP specs. Here's a link to WOP's FAQ.

My WOA SPR barrel turned by Compass Lake Engineering shoots better than I do.

I just fired a 16" gas piston rifle I built, using a WOA stainless barrel today.  I was sitting on the ground using a folding lawn chair for a rest , not the steadiest thing going, and was getting groups just under an inch at 50 yards.  Sights were an Aimpoint, and then folding Troy battlesites.  I am sure that a good bench and a rest or sandbags will help me see much better grouping.
This first time I was using loads developed for another rifle, and was testing for function.
