I followed a link on another thread to some mags for sale. When I went to Midway and Brownell's to compare prices I saw that every singe mag they have for sale is sold out/on backorder.
Every single mag? Is every distributer sold out? Who in the hell bought every mag that was for sale and what are they going to do with them? Jim |

Where have you been? I have not looked for mags in a while. I saw a thread talking about someone new that had some AR Stoner mags for sale. When I went to check the price I saw they were sold out. I knew prices had gone up, but I didn't notice that everyone had sold out. Have people really bought them all? The last mags I bought were for my 1911. I don't really have many AR mags- 2 30 round and 2 20 round, I saw that even the 10 round mags were sold out. have people lost their minds? Jim |

Jim This is what happened when an informed populace realizes an anti-gun president is about to take office. It's a GOOD thing - but I'm glad I bought before the big rush. |

Seeing all the panic buying has to, at the very least, make them more wary of any sort of confiscation - because right now, if they wanted to confiscate everything we're panicking on, it would end up being plitical suicide. (I thik so, anyway) |

(I thik so, anyway) Maybe the buying frenzy and the media attention it's received will make them feel like the average joe is more informed and less likely to be surprised by pending legislation and they'll..libertards...be less hesitant to reign things in. Essentially, we assumed it's coming and prepared for it by stocking up so they'll look at it and say why not go ahead and get it done while the "getting done" is good. |
