here's the situation.  i ordered a 7.5 in pistol from a well known company(shall remain nameless incase the redeem themselves).  i initially ordered by phone and followed up the same day with an email just to make sure.  on the phone everything sounded good and the pistol was to be completed quickly.  i didn't get a reply to the email but figured i would give them awhile to get the build done.  waited three weeks then called again.  talked to someone on the phone that said build was done and ready to ship.  again i followed the conversation up with an email that i didn't get a response to.  it has now been a few more days, so i called again and told them that i was waiting for an emailed response(being a l.e.o. i try and keep paper trails) and then would mail the money order.  still no response.  at the very least this is terrible customer service.  i hate having to beat someone's door down to give them my money.  i really want the weapon and the company is not a fly-by-night operation, but i refuse to send the M.O. if they can't at least throw me a bone and put something in writing.  what do you guys think?

If someone won't sell you stuff on your terms and their terms are not acceptable, find someone else who will.
I figure there is someone else selling the exact same thing you want to buy.
