Just for pure shits, giggles, and curiosity, what 9mm PCC with a available FRT has the highest rate of fire? I know some look at ways to slow down their rate of fire, but sometimes a higher ROF is just fun (ala a Tx22). A actual pistol with a brace does not count. I'm talking a real PCC/carbine. |

Not sure - my SBRs in 5.56 seem too fast at 700rpm. I prefer around 550-600. I have not gotten any 9mm setups working yet. I will say my M11/9s at 1200rpm is stupid fast and hard to be accurate with. 30 rounds in under 2 seconds. With a LAGE upper running around 670 rpm - it is more enjoyable and easier to do even double taps. The other thing to consider is wear and tear or catastrophic failure on the rifle. Add a suppressor and the rate goes up. I just ordered the A5 setup from Foxtrot Mike to give my FTM 9mm setup a chance of working correctly. Total mass is important for the 9mm blowback design. My suppressed blowback AR9 runs on the slower side. Dont know the rate but its nice. My AP5 is fast. Bullet hose style. I went from the factory installed LP to a 90deg and it slowed it down a little. I run 147g subsonic through it and use a YHM R9 so theres some back pressure. |

Well I can't say anything about an FRT but when my rod spring and bushing get jammed up and the guide rod on my palmetto AK-V short strokes, it's pretty hard to tell until your about 5 rounds out when it's suppressed. I want to find an FRT just in the hopes I can do it purposefully. it makes me smile! |

However in true MG for, it is supposed to have a rpm of around 1200+. However I guess the MP5K is technically considered more of a machine "pistol" than a PCC, but you can put a stock or brace on them and make them a "PDW". I'm thinking a MP5K would probably be the easiest a cheapest to acquire bullet hose. |

Before I changed out the locking piece, my AP5P/MP5K was hitting around 1300rpm when suppressed. It's now a much more sane 900-950rpm suppressed with an 80-degree. But if you want fast, that's fast. Get an MP5K -- real or clone -- toss a 115 or 120 degree in it and you'll get fast. No guarantees it won't give you roller dents, but it'll be ridiculous on the RPM. |

Removing it lowered my ROF but has killed reliability, so I’ll probably throw it back in. I don’t know how the RB and upcoming ASD systems work in the MP5 specifically so I can’t speak to that. |
