The set from Brownells is nice and doesn't seem too expensive.
Brownells or Midway USA are both good. Kinda like Home Depot and Lowe's, what one doesn't have the other probably will....

At a minimum: 1/16", 1/8". Adding a 3/32" wouldn't hurt.
But, here's a different theory by someone else:

My original answer was based on this:  If I need one size of a tool (i.e. a punch), I'll usually end up buying a whole set since sooner or later I'll need a size I didn't originally buy and getting the set avoids having to place a second order. 2 punches can cost over half the price of a set.

For the lower receiver you only have two roll pins.  The trigger guard uses a 1/8 and the bolt catch uses a 3/32.  I typically use one for everything; the 3/32.  It is also useful for the pivot pin install and aligning the trigger and hammer while pushing the pins in.

If you plan on doing more than one, or taking one apart Brownell's makes a slab side punch specifically for the bolt catch.  In my useless opinion, it beats the vise grips or a regular punch for that.  It is the easiest and most fool proof way, however, it is a little pricey.

I have a set of Roll Starter Pin Punches from Brownell's I've put together dozens of rifles without using them and I don't scratch my rifles. I just want to be clear, you don't NEED these punches to assemble a rifle. That said, If you want to make it easy nothing beats these. If your after the easiest possible way consider these punches, those that build many rifles regularly will speed the process up slightly. I've looked around and found several places that sell these hollowed out punches but from what I've been able to see is that everyone is selling the Brownell's punches. I haven't found another manufacturer during my searches.
