It's "which ammo" & perhaps you should ask in the proper forum. Click here.

That's like asking "so you want to go out with the girl who has Chlamydia or Gonorrhea?"

I bought 1k rounds of the PMC X-Tac M855 back in July and I am totally sold on it. It is great ammo for the price. I didn't have a single FTF or feed issue. It was damned accurate for my intended purposes too. I shoot irons so I can't vouch for the $2000 scope guys that claim to shoot .4 MOA....but I can tell you that I was shooting between 1-2 MOA with my irons from the bench. I can also tell you that the "penetrator" abilities of the round are rather impressive too.

You DON'T want the hotshot ammo. I bought a few 800rd cans recently.  Almost through the 1st can. I have many stuck cases with the rim chipped off from trying to extract them.  Across 3 AR's that run everything else fine, even wolf. It's this ammo.  I was surprised because I used a few cans last year that were perfect.
My guess is metal fatigue around the case rim. Extractor clamps down on it & some break off resulting in a stuck case. Out of 600 so far I'd say I had 100-150 stuck cases.
