I am thinking about buying a trijicon reflex. Whats the best rec and mount to co witness for the for the M4. I want to mount it on my #38 std. Thanks

If you are buying Boom's Reflex, you will require an AMRMS #15 Reflex throw lever mount(no spacer), this will enable you to co-witness the Reflex on your #38 SWAM sleeve and front iron.

I see you are big on eotech. How can I set up one with the arms 38 in place and co witness. That new #54 mount is it good or what?

You can't co-witness the EOTech using an ARMS #38 SWAM sleeve.

I was setting up a RRA post ban upper for my son. I want to put an eotech on it, all I need is a #40 flip up and set the eotech sight on the upper direct to co witness?

Yes Sir. this is correct. The EOTech will mount directly to the flat top. This will work out perfectly with an ARMS #40 BUIS.
