So, I just picked up a used TA31 RCO ACOG, but it has the thumbscrew mounts.  I've heard nothing but killer things about Larue, and decided I want one of their mounts.

My question is which one?  I'm thinking the LT-100 or the RCO.  Any thoughts on which is better?  The RCO looks to be a little less expensive, which is always nice to me :)

I have the LT-100 mount when I ordered the TA31RCO from Larue.  I don't know of anything called the RCO mount, though.

LT-100 on my RCO. It's a bit beefier than the RCO mount.

If it matters, on LaRue's website, the TA-31RCO comes with the LT-100 when you buy the combo.

I just bought the combo two days ago. The package arrives on Monday! I will always use LaRue for any mounting of optics.

Ugh why did I get the 2 day air and not the next day air? I would have the ACOG in my hands right now!

I have a TA31 RCO as well. Laure makes the best hands down. Two awesome choices, I choose the RCO mount due to its lower profile, after all thats what I was going for when I decided to get rid of the brick TA-51 mount that come on the ACOG. Works flawlessly, locks up tight, holds zero after being taken off and remounted, and it looks much better than the stock TA-51 mount. You cant go wrong with either of these mounts.

Thanks for the input!  I noticed the RCO mount only has one swing arm to mount / release.  Do you feel that it's as secure as the 2 arms on the LT-100?
