Budget and intended use? Varmint hunting I take it? What optic do you plan on using?

The RRA seems more versatile for a small price bump: 1x8, chambered in Wylde 5.56(not as good as straight 5.56, but...), NM trigger group, etc.

If it was me I would get the RRA. I have a 16" carbine from them and the fit and finish is flawless. Never had an problems out of it in over a thousand rounds.

The RRA should be a better bang for your buck. The Wylde chamber leds itself to better accuracy with 223 loads and shoots 5.56 pretty well too. I think you will like the NM trigger, The rubber grip, and the RRA fit and finish tend to be good. Lifetime warranty. 3/4" moa garantee with the right ammo. Whats not to like? Oh and they changed the 2 stage trigger design it is beefy and reliable.

Definitely RRA.  Nothing wrong with the DPMS, I love my .308 SASS, but my RRA's all run flawless and they're damn pretty!  At some point, you're gonna want the .223/5.56 chamber too.  Both are nice guns, though.

I haven't seen to many DPMS fans on this site. My first AR was a DPMS Sweet 16 and that rifle is one of the most accurate rifles I have ever shot. I would also look at Spikes, they will be the next rifle in my safe.
