I've done some research on conversion kits, and am pretty set on going with a CMMG, but which one?

Here's my situation - I currently have a 7.5" .223 AR pistol and would like to run the conversion kit in it, but would eventually like to build a dedicated 22lr upper to use with the kit using a TACCOM barrel or something similar.  Which kit will allow me to do both?  I'd like to have features such as hold open on empty mag and forward assist, but they're not deal-breakers.  Do the kits have these features?

Thanks!!

The cmmg stainless is the way to go. Taccom barrels will work, it states they will on their website. And run the redi mag adapter with s&w 15-22 mags. Re bolt hold open feature works flawless.

CMMG's Stainless Steel Locking Lug Conversion is the choice I would make.It will give you all the options you are looking for and better function and accuracy. The Lug absolutely holds the bolt firmly in place. No worries about tolerance and fit of the upper and lower receivers. Actually, I would choose the last option on this page because the forward assist assy. comes in Stainless too. Otherwise you have to buy the locking lug separately and install it yourself. Costs more to do it that way. The last option on the page also has the Full Auto Trip in case you ever decide to go with a full auto lower..
