What buffer do I need to go on a LaRue 18in?
Im not to savy on carbine buffers, heavy buffers, rifle buffers...

Magpul what? PRS? CTR?
If you have a rifle length stock, use a rifle buffer.
If you have a carbine/collapsible stock, use a CAR or H buffer.

Oh ok..I thought it had to do with the rifle set up...
I wasn't aware that the PRS and CTR took diffrent tubes.
I was just aware of the diffrence in Mil-spec and commercial (OD)

A rifle tube is a rifle tube there is no mil spec/commercial.
There is a diameter difference between carbine mil spec/commercial tubes.
PRS uses a rifle tube.
