Phantom or Vortex? Why? Which one has more recoil suppression? Not that it matters much but are they both the same as the A2 in that respect?

I heard that Phantom works as good/better than vortex and it costs less too. I think they make one that is solid on the bottom like the A2 too. Then again A2 is $7.
