I want to buy some NHMTG Mags, but also want C products.  Are the Cproducts as good as NHMTG?  And why.

I voted for NHMTG's since they're military mags dressed in civilian clothes.  That being said, I don't think you'd go wrong with any of them.  I have positive limited experience with all brands listed except Centers and they're USGI mags so they must have something going for them.

One you might want to consider is D&H dry moly finished mags on closeout at 44mag.com for $9.99 a piece.  Free shipping on orders over $100.

Another option for OKAYs (which are NHMTGs in their military dress) is LC Industries for $11.74 a piece shipped if you spend over $50.

Good luck with whatever you choose,
Scott

I have 2 dozen D&H mags and have never had a problem with them.

Most of mine are D&H, so that's what I voted.

However I also have some NHMTG, C Prods (Bushmaster) and my first pmag.

No problems with any of them. I'd carry them all.

48 of my 30 rd AR mags are Okay, with two NHMTG.  All have Magpul followers.  I've also got 40 20 rd Colt and Adventureline mags with original followers respective to those mags.

I don't see the need for any others.

I've tried em all.  I've beat them all
I've abused them all.  I have 4 ARs, 3 different brand lowers.  (rra x 2, dpms, mega)

The only mags to take the beating, work in all 4, drop free in all 4, and still work great are pmags.

While not in the pole I like the HK mags best simply because they are so smooooth in operation.  Following HK I like the CP stainless mags then just about any of the GI class of mags.  They all work and have been completely reliable for me.  P-mags.  I have a couple but have not shot them yet.  They seem OK but I wish they were more friendly to using other than 5.56 rounds in them.  That center tit in the mag well rules out using .458 SOCOM rounds in them unless they are modified and then I don't think I would trust them in the 5.56.

TARFU,
Go to this link....LC Ind...... and click on "shop as guest".  Then type in "M16 Magazines" under the search.  The Okay mags will come up.  Add them to your cart and enter your information etc....done!  Good luck!

Two-dogs, thanks that worked great. Little off subject but I saw Beretta 92 F mags for $10.50.  It said "mil spec made in USA."  Surely these can't be factory Beretta mags.  Do have any experience with these mags or who makes them?

Glad that I could help.  LC Industries' purpose is to create new jobs and employ people who are blind.  At some of the excellent prices for things I'm willing to send them my business and help out this company.  As for the Beretta mags, unfortunately I haven't bought any from this company.  I've only ordered the 30 rnd Okay mags.  Sorry.  But to be honest with you, for that price if I were you I'd add a couple of those to my AR mag order and see who made them when they arrive.  At worst you've got a couple range mags, at best you can use those pistol mags when the SHTF!  Just my two cents.
