I looked in the light FAQ & saw that most mounts listed say they fit up to a 1" light. I am going w/the Pentagon X2 which is 1.25". Which mounts am I left with?

1.25" is the bezel diameter of the X2, not the body. A one-inch mount should work for you.
Something from LaRue, Elzetta, or Daniel Defense should work for you.
