| I have my completed M4 and I was wondering if I shoulf get rid of the lower and buy aspikes. The one I have now is a CMMG is there really a difference between the 2? I have a spikes upper and was thinking of making it a complete spikes. |
| I say keep it as is for now, then when you get another AR, get a spikes lower if you want them to match, and build off of your CMMG lower. TYPICALLY a lower is a lower is a lower. The only real differences that I know of would be billet vs normal (forged?). Beyond that you are looking at some very specific differences like high or low shelf (for using a drop in auto sear) composite materials for a lightweight build, different finishes and other company specific options/details. |
