I was wondering, who, if anyone, makes barrels with a diameter of .750" from end to end, not counting the chamber of course.

Never heard of that. barrels usually step up a little behind the gas block. Gives the gas block and handgaurd cap something to rest against. There's a ton people who make or profile barrels on the site who can make about anything thats possible for you.
