I need one for my Bushmaster barrel so I can use it with my GG&G BUIS. Bushmaster says I need the 0.040" taller front sight post. I don't mind paying the $5.50 they want for the part, but they want $6.50 shipping on top of that. I was hoping I could find someplace to ship a little cheaper. Thanks. |

Have you tried sighting in your rifle with the post that came with it? Reason I ask is because I got a flat-top Bushmaster along with an A.R.M.S. 40L-SP BUIS and also ordered the taller sight post cause I thought I would need it. Turns out I really didn't. I had to screw the taller post down pretty far in the FSB to get it to zero, and once it was shooting right, the post was just as low as the one that came with it. Just try sighting the rifle in before you order a taller post. Good luck! -Mike |

+1, I had a similar problem and ordered the sight pin from them. |
Just from what I was told, if the carry handle is made by BM then it will work with the standard sight post. If it is a Colt or one made to Colt specs then you will probably need a taller post. |
