It's my arbitrarily declared cleaning time. Every gun gets cleaned and CLPed whether it has been shot or not. The ones that haven't been shot in the previous year are actually pretty quick.
Just a quick Heloise tip. I got some of the green hangtags that people buy for garage sales. Running it through the trigger guard signifies the gun is clean and hasn't been shot. If I take it to the range, I pull the green tag off. It gets put back on after the gun is cleaned again. This won't help ya'll that clean after every range session, but the more I shoot, the more I fail to clean afterward. Helps me keep my modest, but growing, collection in check. |

I drag my guns out every time I wash my cars. I put them down with the floor mats, scrub with a brush and then rinse clean. http://file:///C:/DOCUME~1/Steven/LOCALS~1/Temp/moz-screenshot-1.jpg http://file:///C:/DOCUME~1/Steven/LOCALS~1/Temp/moz-screenshot.jpg |
