FIFY.
Nice pea shooters!  Really like the patina on both of them--retros just look better with a little bit of finish wear!

Both look great DDRode. What a great way to spend the winter. Today waiting for a delivery from the brown truck on another M16A1 superior grade parts kit. And need to stop at post office to pick up a John Thomas project finisher. Now patiently waiting on three NDS lowers on order. Yep, winter projects can be a great time of the year for sure! . Again, your two rifles are head turners and great job.

Nice! Beats shoveling snow. Who should I say "gives you something to look forward to after shoveling snow",,,,

Well done - Now take a moment, savor the completed build.

OK, times up - what model are you going to build next?

Those look great, be sure and post a range report when you get out with them.

ETA - And that carbine needs a Field Expedient Sling

Carry slings are okay...BUT I like a shooting sling (hasty sling)!!! And...my good ol' fashioned silent sling is set up just the way I like it!!! Been usin' M16A1s and CAR-15s since back in  the seventies (16 years US ARMY & 6 years US NAVY...enlisted 13 December 1965)...and that's the way I've always done it!!!
