I ran a couple boxes of Wolf (poly coated) 308 thru 2 M1As yesterday. I heard some horror stories about the stuff but it all ran well thru both guns. Accuracy wasn't anywhere near match grade of course so I consider it good for general training ammo. My .02 |
+1 I bought a couple cases when it first came out and ran it through my PTR91, the gun loved the stuff. It still shot 4 MOA, but what the hell, it was never a tack driver. Now that it has become impossible to find, I wish I would have bought 10K of the stuff when it was $200 per 1000. I bet those days are long gone! |
