Looking for a reseller of them - Midway seems to have a limited selection and always out of stock.

I would prefer a couple stainless Wylde 18" fluted varmint, but proven very hard to find without having them custom built (not needing them that bad)...

As an alternative a 20" Heavy/Varmint/Bull and perhaps even a SDM-R are acceptable, but want to try to keep the weight down...would prefer fluted... CL barrels are fine for this application too (range time with the wife).

Any recommendations or suggestions?

IIRC, Nordic Components had a few of their barrels on sale.

Rainer Arms has some on their site. I think they are under White Oak Bbls (which I think uses Wilson blanks)

Perhaps I should have specified a budget $200-300ea...I like the AR-Stoner barrels, and if I read correctly ER Shaw makes these barrels...I haven't read a bad review on ER Shaw stuff..Personally I would be happy with a DPMS, but I don't see anything barreled in 223 Wylde

I presently shoot DPMS 20" Bull upper and commonly shoot .75 - .4MOA on factory loads...I couldn't be happier with this upper, everything is great on it ejector puts shells into a coffee can 3ft away every shot; except it's not great for hiking or carrying in the case for a mile or two. Even more importantly, the wife does not like my Colt A2 and wants a flat-top like my DPMS, and a good barrel...impressively enough she consistently shoots .5 with the DPMS - it would be nice if we could be on common grounds, she might justify some competition and my hobby a bit more. :)
