Anyone know who was selling an XM148 handguard on the EE a LONG time ago, no one was buying it and I think the thread is way old so I cant search for it....

Here is madmanblake's ad from 1/11/2009 WTS/WTT: Retro XM148 HG *SOLD*, A2 upper*SOLD*Retro XM148 Handguard for full length rifle. Used, really not bad shape, except that someone has filed/bent/dremeled/? the lower part of it (for use with M203 or ??). This doesn't really affect the usefulness of it, but unless you put some tape over it (gives you an excuse to tape a cleaning rod to the side!) it may be...um...uncomfortable. The heatshield is held in with only 2 of the rivets and the rest are still there, just worked loose. This is anodized black, most that I have seen are gray. Rivet the heatshield back in place or tear it apart for blueprints, I don't know. Surely you can find something to do with it. $75 $50
