I have a bushmaster 16" carbine with a 1/9 twist. Is it ok to use Federal Lake City XM193 55gr BT ammo or will the pressures be to high?

Yes - You will have no problem. Be sure to check out the Ammo Oracle if you haven't already, as well as the tacked threads in this section.

Yes it will. Bushmaster Rifles are made for 5.56mm.
