I recently purchased a big dot flat top sight for my AR.  It came with what appears to be the sight tool but I'm not sure how to use it.  One end has a small hole in it and the other end has a fork-like projection.  I see nothing that depresses the detent on the front sight.  Plus the width of the front sight is too wide to fit between the "fork" on the sight tool.  Thoughts anyone???  Thanks.

I used a small screwdriver to depress the detent while using the fork side of the tool to screw the post in.

I use two small diameter allen wrenches. One to depress the detent and one to rotate the sight.
