I bought a YHM mini-free float tube. The barrel nut doesn't come out of the tube. My YHM railed forearm had a seperate barrel nut. I tried removing the barrel, it but can't remove it, is it supposed to be just one piece or two pieces (barrel nut plus tube).

The one I have is not the railed forearm, so it doesn't have to be indexed because it doesn't have to be indexed. The forearm and the barrel nut came already put together and don't seem to want to ome apart.

The std. non-railed mini FF forearms are a 1pc. design, the four rail systems are a 3pc. design to allow proper indexing.

Use the strap wrench to tighten forearm but don't use a threadlocker on the receiver threads!
