Im getting ready to do a DD FF and use a YHM low profile gas block. YHM recomends using a Loctite sealant to prevent gas leaks. Has anyone used this block and what was your method of applying the Loctite and did it work OK?  I presume you push the new gasblock on close to final position and run a bead of the stuff on both leasing edges and then push the block the rest of the way? Tighten up setscrews.
I like the YHM for being so low and light but may just go with a PRI clamp on.

Is the YHM Low profile going under the handguards?  If so, it won't fit.
PS.  I've never used lockite on the YHM gas blocks.
