I took my 7.5" 22 upper to the range today to demo the YHM 762 SS my friend has.
We also shot my 16" 6.5 Grendel. The 65 exhibited more suppression than the 22, and both were very fun. This NFA stuff is addictive... When I was done blasting through $3 in 22 ammo we went to remove the can and the mount came with it. I had installed it with the supplied peel washer(s). When torquing it on it was at about 0900 before wrenching it to 0000hrs. Today revealed that wasn't enough. The washer also broke into 2 separate washers. I think there might be a third washer still to come loose. What options do I have now? Order a couple more and hope for the best or rocksett this QD on? |
