Sad day when $500/K is interesting, for military grade ammo.

When ammoman gets more LC loose pack in... it is only $350/K, shipped.  I have had pretty good luck with that stuff.

I suppose that is relative.

BMW 5-series may go for $50,000... and then someone puts them on sale for $40,000.

Wouldnt make any difference to me, and I wouldnt call it a great price.  Just a lower one.

50 cents a round, for milsurp/milspec?  Not for me.  That's all I was saying.

ALL ammo leads are a good thing reguardless on the price

Here another lead on some good Federal 308 NATO 150 GR FMJ 500/BOX for 219.95
I bought it when it was on sale for 189.00 but with the current ammo prices it isnt going to get any better.

okay, 200 rounds for $99.95 = $0.20 per round, not $0.50

Nope.  $99.99/200 = .49995 or .50/round

At .50 a round for milsurp more people need to get into reloading. It's not that hard to reload milsurp-quality rounds. It only get tedious to try to = match grade quality.  But if all your interested in is 2 MOA accuracy, get some cheap powder & FMJ bullets, stay 10% under the published maximums and by damn, RELOAD!

Not to rub it in or anything, but I got some of the last 7.62x51 that Southernammo was selling. $120 or so per 1000.
