So they took a ta31f and added a "chalk" outline of a target. . . . .

And is it true that the sniper/headshot version includes an outline of a rag????

Im serious too, the answers are still no, and no. The pic you must have seen of the RCO reticle probably had a outline of a target on it for refference or something, but that target is not in the reticle.

Got it.  The one I saw was from the Trijcon website, and had a blue outline of a target at what must have been close to 100yd.  It looks like it could have been a rangefinding element, added to the chevron reticle. . .
