It's not BAD, but it's not a whole lot cheaper than non reloads. BVAC is a name I recognize but don't know much about so I don't have an opinion regarding their loading abilities.

Personally, even as a reloader myself, I'd be tempted to spend the extra $50 or so per thousand for PPU or Aguila or PMC. If you shop around you might be able to catch something like PMC on sale for the same price as this. I saw XM193 on stripper clips for $370/900 but if you're getting a 223 marked barrel you don't want 5.56.

Unrelated to the ammo itself, I'm not a fan of giving CTD my money, even on the rare occasion they are well priced.

My mistake. I orders a Del-Ton M4 kit and it says 5.56

It's on the way .... so I'd like to have something to shoot when I get it togeather

If CTD has it, you can be fairly sure it's not a good deal.

My other option is  gun show reloads

How can these be your only 2 options?
Do you live in a city with restrictions on mail order ammo sales?
If so, CTD probably won't break those local laws either.

This.

CTD combined with unknown ammo = No thanks.

If your barrel says 5.56 then your options are wide open. Or did CA pass that law restricting mail order ammo from out of state? I seem to recall something insane along those lines. If that's the case, and you're anywhere near the border to another state, is it legal to get a PO box in the other state and then bring it in yourself? I don't remember the specific terms of that bill.

No , I can order internet ammo ... or go to a gun show.

Reloading is not an option

Just trying to see what everybody else is shooting for the best price

+1  ordered mine yesterday.  Should be here by Wed.10th.  I think it was 240 total due to taxes and 8 bucks on bulk shipping.    It is made same place as Wolf and I have had 0 problems with it in my Delton.
