Would anyone know where I can purchase a 7.5" barrel for a .22LR upper?
Thanks in advance |

Clint Beyer is the person you're thinking about. I already contacted him and he said he only has 5" barrels right now.

No 7.5" .22 CMMG barrels. I thought you could order a barrel from (name escapes me right now) and CMMG would finish it out for use on a dedicated build? (I can't find the link to the barrel maker, dammit.) |

The most accurate barrel would be from Clint Beyer. I tested an 8" that
was Kick Butt Accurate. It's too bad you can't get Clint to do what you want. He's a great person to work with... Any way, You have the choices that others have given you. Good Luck, No matter what you decide... Spec |

Thanks Are their barrels any good? Quoted:
Model 1 Sales? They are either Wilson or ER Shaw blanks IIRC but I am not sure who finishes them. Either way, it is pretty hard to mess up a .22lr barrel as long as it is straight and true with a decent bore. There will be little to no erosion like on a 5.56mm barrel so lifespan should be forever and accuracy should be acceptable for a .22lr pistol. Their barrels fit the Spikes style collars so if you are fitting to a CMMG bolt you will need a Model 1 or Spike's collar too. |
