I have a .22 conversion for my AR. Will this hurt it in anyway? What type of .22LR rounds would you use?

I use the cheapest stuff I can find, generally Remington Golden Bullet, functions great.

you will find that "most" with the JAC conversion if thats what you have will not work with remington. Mine will not even load remington, and will eat Federal all day long. Winchester does pretty good but occasionally doesnt fire the first time but will fire round after second shot. CCI does really good but expensive. Your best bet would be to try a few different kinds and find out which ones work best for your setup.

I use Federal Bulk pack.  Seems to be pretty reliable.  I am running Black Dog full bodied magazines as well.

Fed bulk for cheap. CCI for reliable, clean.

I found that ANYTHING but CCI and Federal .22lr runs like absolute horse shit in my .22 kit. Jam after jam after jam after jam. Tried winchester and remington, id have 3-10 jams a mag. I put some federal in there, I have maybe 5 jams in 2200 rnds all shot in 5 days time. It will not harm anything.

I have yet to have a single issue with my Ciener kit, and I've been feeding it the crappiest 22 ammo I can find, out of BDM full size mags.
