who makes good ones? Lilja? Wilson? PacNor? Ideally I want a medium wieght, stainless, fluted (for the cool factor, not a lot of CQB in Minnesota), maybe 16-20. Price not an issue, quality is an issue.

Not sure, but I bet Krieger has 'em. I know they make 260's for the M1A, and I know they make barrels for the AR10, so I'd bet they offer a 260 for it too.
