Ok working on getting all of my parts for my build and wanted others opinions on a BCG.  Im trying to decide if it is worth the extra money for a titanium BCG vs a regular nickle boron coated one.  Are there any benifits other than weight savings.  I will be running a slr adjustable gas block.

Is weight a priority for this build?  If so, then spend the money and get the titanium.

Checkout the BCG's from KAK?  I'm not sure what the coating is but it stays very clean and slick.  Also the double ejectors really seem to help the reliability.  And the price is more than reasonable.

I have been impressed with my KAK so far.

I've had good luck with RCA 308+ BCGs. Personally I would be careful going too light on the BCG, you'll want to soak up some recoil, slow the cycle rate and have enough mass to strip a new round.

I have used JP low mass BCG with their silent capture spring and a adjustable gas block. Very nice results with this setup.

I use a KAK as well.  I started with an AIM surplus and the bolt lugs started peening and rounding so I returned it and got my money back.

Thanks for all of the replies I actually changed my mind on my build and will be building a 6.5 grendel now.
